Speak to a doctor

Men's health

A phone consult with a verified doctor about your health, energy and wellbeing.

In plain terms

About men's health

Men often put these conversations off. Low energy, poor sleep, changes in mood, libido or general wellbeing are common, worth taking seriously, and worth talking through with a doctor rather than ignoring.

A consult is a straightforward, private conversation about how you have been feeling and what might be behind it, so you can understand the options a doctor can consider for someone in your situation.

On the call

What you will discuss

  • Energy, mood, sleep, libido and general wellbeing
  • Any concerns you have been putting off
  • The options a doctor can talk through with you
  • What blood tests would help build a fuller picture

Good to know

You complete a short questionnaire when you book, including anything you would like to raise. The doctor exercises independent clinical judgment about what is appropriate for you.

Consults are by phone and are never recorded, and your consult history is kept in your own patient portal.

Before your consult

Blood tests help

For men's health in particular, blood tests matter. Many of the things men come to discuss are best understood with recent bloodwork, so the doctor is working from objective numbers rather than symptoms alone. We strongly suggest arranging general blood tests through your GP before your consult if you have not had them recently. Bring the results to the call. Your doctor will let you know exactly what is useful and can talk you through what the numbers mean.

How it works

Three simple steps

  • 1

Book and tell us a little

Pick a time and answer a few short questions so the doctor has the picture before the call.

  • 2

    A verified doctor calls you

An independent, AHPRA-registered Australian doctor talks it through and decides what is appropriate for you.

  • 3

    Anything prescribed is yours

If the doctor prescribes, your eScript is sent to you directly from the doctor's prescribing system, ready for the pharmacy of your choice.

Common questions

Good to know

Do I need blood tests before my consult?
They are not compulsory, but for men's health they genuinely help. Recent bloodwork lets the doctor work from objective numbers, so we strongly suggest arranging general tests through your GP beforehand if you can. Your doctor will tell you what is most useful and can review the results with you.
How does the consult work?
You book a time and answer a few short questions. A verified, AHPRA-registered Australian doctor calls you at that time, talks everything through, and decides what is appropriate for you. Consults are by phone and are never recorded.
Will I get a prescription?
That is entirely up to the doctor. They exercise independent clinical judgment about what, if anything, is appropriate for you. If they prescribe, your eScript is sent to you directly from the doctor's prescribing system, ready for the pharmacy of your choice.
Can I book a follow-up?
Yes. Once you have an account you can rebook a follow-up any time from your portal, with any available doctor, and returning members pay a lower follow-up price.
