Speak to a doctor

Hormonal health

A phone consult with a verified doctor about balance, energy and wellbeing.

In plain terms

About hormonal health

Hormonal changes can show up as fatigue, mood changes, poor sleep or just not feeling like yourself, and they are easy to dismiss.

A consult is a chance to talk through how you have been feeling and understand the options a doctor can consider, grounded in your health and, where useful, your test results.

On the call

What you will discuss

  • How you have been feeling and what has changed
  • Your general health and routine
  • The options a doctor can discuss with you
  • What blood tests would help build a fuller picture

Good to know

You complete a short questionnaire when you book, including anything you would like to raise. The doctor exercises independent clinical judgment about what is appropriate for you.

Consults are by phone and are never recorded, and your consult history is kept in your own patient portal.

Before your consult

Blood tests help

Blood tests are often central here. If you have not had recent bloodwork, arranging some general tests through your GP before the consult gives the doctor a much clearer picture. It is optional, and your doctor will tell you what is actually useful.

How it works

Three simple steps

  • 1

Book and tell us a little

Pick a time and answer a few short questions so the doctor has the picture before the call.

  • 2

    A verified doctor calls you

An independent, AHPRA-registered Australian doctor talks it through and decides what is appropriate for you.

  • 3

    Anything prescribed is yours

If the doctor prescribes, your eScript is sent to you directly from the doctor's prescribing system, ready for the pharmacy of your choice.

Common questions

Good to know

Should I get blood tests first?
It often helps. If you have not had recent bloodwork, arranging some general tests through your GP before the consult gives the doctor a fuller, objective picture. It is optional, and your doctor will let you know what is actually useful.
How does the consult work?
You book a time and answer a few short questions. A verified, AHPRA-registered Australian doctor calls you at that time, talks everything through, and decides what is appropriate for you. Consults are by phone and are never recorded.
Will I get a prescription?
That is entirely up to the doctor. They exercise independent clinical judgment about what, if anything, is appropriate for you. If they prescribe, your eScript is sent to you directly from the doctor's prescribing system, ready for the pharmacy of your choice.
Can I book a follow-up?
Yes. Once you have an account you can rebook a follow-up any time from your portal, with any available doctor, and returning members pay a lower follow-up price.
